Minibus Cooperative Card System and Shuttle Card Payment
Simple, offline-capable card payment even for small fleets.
Last updated: 08.08.2026
For minibus cooperatives and shuttle operators, Sole Akbil is a card payment system that is easy to set up even on small fleets and works without internet. Passengers board cashlessly with a smart card; student and full-fare passages are separated; all transactions are reported in the central panel.
For Minibuses and Shuttles
- Simple setup suited to small fleets
- Student/full-fare card distinction with a voice alert
- Offline operation - collection continues outside coverage too
- Plate-based revenue report
Student Shuttle Tracking
Boarding/alighting is tracked with student cards; parents get regular, secure transport convenience. See the municipal social card system for social fares.
Minibus Cooperative Card System — Revenue Sharing Between Members
In a minibus cooperative card system, the real issue is not reading cards but making it indisputable how much revenue each vehicle generated. Because income is shared between cooperative members, it must be transparently reportable which plate each tap belongs to and how much each member collected at end of day.
- Taps by Vehicle Plate Report — per-vehicle, day-by-day tap and revenue analysis broken down by card type; the basis for revenue sharing between members.
- Driver Activity Report — PIN-protected shift open/close, shift hours and failed PIN attempts.
- Top-up Z Report — an official cash-register style, uniquely numbered and frozen end-of-day document that cannot be altered afterwards.
- Immutable transaction ledger — no record can be deleted or edited; it closes revenue disputes.
Signal coverage is often not continuous on cooperative routes. In Sole Akbil, physical card taps work fully offline — collection does not stop in a tunnel or on a village route, and transactions sync automatically once connectivity returns. For a cooperative, that directly protects driver income.
